The need for a place for our local youth and teens is well known to every parent in our community.  The primary long range objective of the BootCamp was to find a way to create a place for our youth and students to call their own.  By training the participants in a facility that can actually be used to provide such an event they receive the most realistic training .  When the training is actually occurring during the process of operating a foodservice they are receiving truly on the job training.

Support Culinary BootCamp Operations
In order to provide  realistic training conditions, each session of Culinary BootCamp consists of performing the tasks necessary to provide a foodservice for 50 people.  Which requires providing the equipment and gear used to perform all those tasks.  This unique training experience is provided at no cost to the participants.

Announcing the release of the
Culinary BootCamp Hands-On Cookery Manual
available now Kindle Edition

10_Etech LLC created the Culinary BootCamp operations and Cookery Manual to provide the Cadets a guide to their hands-on training.  The methods and manner outlined in the manual were put to the test.  After undergoing the process as presented they were able to acquire the skill set necessary to work in a commercial environment.  As well as the working knowledge of foods and cookery to feed themselves.  The positive results led to 10_Etech LLC making the Culinary BootCamp Hands-On Cookery Manual available to the public.
